Local Blackfriars Leaseholders
A voluntary leaseholder community is working to improve communication, transparency and meaningful owner participation at Local Blackfriars.
A message to owners
Many Local Blackfriars owners live away from the development or may not yet know that a leaseholder group exists.
The Leaseholder Action Team brings owners together, shares general updates and raises common questions about the management and long-term care of our development. We would like every current leaseholder to have the opportunity to hear about this work and decide whether to take part.
This is a leaseholder-led initiative. It is not an official communication from Local Blackfriars Management Limited (MANCO), the freeholder or Urbanbubble.
Current focus
Over the past year, participating leaseholders have been reviewing information, asking questions and seeking constructive solutions in several important areas.
Seeking clearer accounts, supporting records and better visibility of how owners' contributions are used.
Following up building-maintenance concerns, planned expenditure and the position of reserve funds.
Working to understand membership and improve meaningful leaseholder participation in the management company.
Continuing dialogue with the responsible organisations while protecting leaseholders' shared property interests.
Some matters remain unresolved, but our purpose is not to create unnecessary conflict. We want accurate information, proper accountability and practical cooperation that helps preserve the condition and long-term value of Local Blackfriars.
Voluntary participation
Joining allows you to receive relevant leaseholder updates, share your views and hear about opportunities to participate. You can contribute as much or as little as you wish.
Joining the contact group does not automatically authorise the Action Team to represent you, and it does not mean that you support every complaint, campaign or legal step. Separate agreement will be requested where authority or support is needed for a particular action.
